Our Story
We are a forward-thinking architecture studio dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach, seamlessly integrating Architecture, Interior Design, and High-End Visualization. We specialize in high-performance architecture that merges scientific environmental data with the wisdom of traditional Cypriot design. By calculating the environmental footprint of every material and utilizing bioclimatic strategies, we create spaces that are not only visually stunning but engineered to be low-carbon and energy-efficient.

Marinos Mavrogenis
Marinos is an architect with a diverse portfolio of work in both Cyprus and the United Kingdom. His experience fostered a deep understandingof how design can adapt to different cultural, environmental, and economic contexts. From collaborating on high-end residential developments to mixed-use commercial projects, he learned to balance creativity and functionality while responding to each project’s unique challenges.
His designs are characterized by a strong commitment to context-sensitive architecture, where aesthetic appeal, practical usability, and environmental responsibility coexist seamlessly.
